Well I have great news for you, Google has added a new tool to their arsenal that will help merit you even more sales. Some have yet to discover this great new marketing tool, but in Lil Biz Pro’s opinion this is going to be very beneficial to all you small biz owner’s out there, so be sure to check this out as you will not be disappointed.

Everyone knows by now that Google is always attempting to make great strides in its clear goal of  search and social media domination. Which was made even more apparent with their recent update to Google places. If you are out of the loop, you can find out more here.

But there is method to what may be otherwise interpreted as Google’s possible madness. They really want to help small biz owners display as much information on there services or products to an ever growing online community. After all, isn’t that what it’s really all about any way? And Google has delivered in spades by offering Google Business Photo’s. (watch the video below for a quick review)

Google basically partners you with a talented photographer in your city who visits your store for a day and takes an hour or two taking panoramic photos of your store to ultimately upload with Google Maps, allowing your online customer a 360-degree virtual tour of your store. The photographer in my area quoted me $300 for one day’s shoot. Prices will of course vary based on your stores size. I was also told the expected time frame for upload to Google takes just about a week.

Please remember this is not just your run of the mill photo either. Your 360-degree panoramic images will appear on Google Search results, Google Maps, and Google Places. You may also easily embed these beautiful images on your own website and social media pages in the same way you’d embed a YouTube video. Google Business Photos will help your business stand out in Google search results, they will enhance your Google Places page, and customers will also be able to go right from viewing your business on Google Maps to taking a walk around inside.
